Program Structure and Strategy

CORE TRAITS

These programs are designed as modular, evidence-based interventions that support capability development at both the individual and team level.

The foundational program, Core Traits, helps participants identify and apply their signature strengths in day-to-day work. The focus is on improving adaptability, role effectiveness, and collaboration—particularly in environments characterized by change and complexity.

 

Participants also learn to recognize complementary strengths in colleagues, enabling more effective coordination and shared problem-solving.

Building on this foundation, participants or organizations can choose targeted modules depending on their goals:

  • Self-Awareness: developing accurate self-perception, feedback literacy, and role clarity to support effective collaboration, accountability, and professional judgment

  • Critical & Analytical Thinking: developing process-oriented, solution-focused approaches to complex problems

  • Tactical Tenacity: building resilience, follow-through, and the capacity to recover from setbacks without burnout

  • Emotional Economics: developing the ability to interpret emotional information accurately, regulate responses under pressure, and make sound decisions in socially and emotionally complex environments
