Hi,  I'm Lynette!

B.A., M.A., M.Sc. (Psych.)

I can't remember a time when I wasn't insatiably curious about human potential and how we can optimize our performance at work through leveraging who we each uniquely are, our essence.

I am a behavioural science researcher with an Organizational Development background who offers extensive instructional design, creative content development, and dedicated delivery experience, both online and face-to-face. I have worked with thousands of learners over the past 20 years, where we merged the art of fulfillment with the science of achievement (with impressive results!). My students and clients have discovered enduring routes to enhance their wellbeing and to feel like they are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.

Many approaches merely tell you what to do; my programs show you how. My work is saturated with evidence-based practical applications, informed by vast industry-trend reporting and obsessive research (psychology, neuroscience & behaviour economics). My multidimensional approach to Learning & Development is designed to foster clarity, conviction and resilience to, at the very least, stay steady through change (while having an awful lot of fun along the way!).

All programming strategies and training are designed to create impactful work, and ensure measurable personal and professional growth, and success.

What's in my Toolbox?

Organizational Development

My formal education includes a Master's degree (Industrial-Organizational Psychology) where I focused on organizational development and the Future of Work. I keep current with industry-trend reporting, thought leadership, and academic research...and, of course, work with clients across a range of industries to keep fresh!

Change Management

The PROSCI method rocks (yes, I am certified!) and can be integrated into any learning and development initiative, if not a stand-alone program tailored to a team or delivered organization-wide.

Behavioural Science

Your people are your power. My 20+ years' experience as a post-secondary instructor and corporate trainer, combined with formal psychology training, is incredibly helpful to design instruction that is focused on adult-learning principles and motivational strategies to retain and use new knowledge.

Psychometric Assessments

Whether using the 360 or considering individual personality traits (I use the Big Five, the most reliable and valid assessment that I know and love), these assessments are valuable when creating a succession plan, considering promotions, or managing/inspiring performance. I also have access to a wide range of Interest and Skill inventories that only certified psychologists are qualified to deliver.

Program Design

Using either the ADDIE or Action Mapping approach, I have over a decade's experience creating programs to meet our ever-expanding work horizon. My English undergraduate degree duly informs my ability to write clearly and concisely -- a super helpful talent while creating facilitator guides, workbooks, or job aids. For a sample listing of some interesting programs I have created, take a look at my Portfolio!
